I have built and operated care-based and service-driven organizations within highly regulated environments, giving me firsthand experience with staffing, compliance, cash flow management, and organizational growth. This background allows me to guide founders with practical, grounded insight—not theory.
Alongside my work as a business operator, I serve as a local elected official, where I have been entrusted with representing my community, contributing to policy discussions, and supporting initiatives focused on economic development, workforce stability, and community well-being. This role has strengthened my perspective on governance, accountability, and long-term decision-making—skills I bring directly into my mentorship and advisory work.
I created Crystal Smith & Co. to help founders transition from hands-on operators to confident CEOs, building businesses that are structured, profitable, and sustainable—without sacrificing personal leadership or legacy.
